WARRANTY INFORMATION

At LTE‑Albina, quality comes first. Every repair is carried out using carefully selected parts. Below you will find exactly what we cover and how to make use of your warranty.

Repair warranty

LTE‑Albina provides a 30-day warranty on completed repairs. This covers defects that directly result from the repair itself — such as a loose screen, a replacement battery draining abnormally fast, or a charging port that is not properly seated.

The warranty period starts on the day the device is collected.

What is covered?

Screen replacement: 30 days on pixel defects, light leaks, or a loose screen we installed.

Battery replacement: 30 days on abnormally fast battery drain under normal use.

Charging port repair: 30 days on connection issues not caused by external damage.

Other repairs: 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What is NOT covered?

New physical damage after the repair (drops, pressure, liquid).

Damage from misuse, charging issues caused by a damaged cable, or software problems.

Devices opened or worked on by a third party after our repair.

Pre-existing damage that was present before the repair and not caused by us.

Water damage repairs: due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage, we cannot guarantee the outcome.

Parts used

LTE‑Albina uses high-quality replacement parts. We work with OEM-compatible and selected aftermarket parts depending on availability and repair type.

We always inform the customer about the quality of parts used before beginning the repair.

Claiming warranty

Bring the device to our shop at Wilhelminastraat 15, Albina. Please bring your receipt or proof of repair.

We assess the complaint on the spot. If the warranty applies, we carry out the repair work at no cost.

Warranty claims will not be honoured if there is clear new physical damage or signs of third-party intervention.

Warranty on purchased devices

Pre-owned or refurbished devices purchased through LTE‑Albina are technically inspected before sale.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a 7-day warranty applies on functional defects that were not visible at the time of purchase.
